Our Story
Adorned & Co. was born from a moment at my sister’s wedding.
I was her Maid of Honor, and after spending the morning helping set up, I realized as I was walking down the aisle that the communion elements were missing. My first instinct was to go get them…until I realized I would miss my sister walking down the aisle.
At that moment, it clicked: she needed me to be her sister, not her coordinator.
I was already working professionally in events, and I knew weddings didn’t have to be this way.
Your mom shouldn’t be setting tables. Your best friends shouldn’t be troubleshooting. And your people shouldn’t miss the moments that matter because they’re busy making the wedding happen.
That’s why Adorned exists. We handle the details so your people can simply be your people.

Meet Josie!
Josie is the founder of Adorned & Co., a Dayton girl turned Cincinnati local, and a people person through and through. She loves Jesus, bringing people together, and finding just about any reason to celebrate.
With a degree in Business Administration & Hospitality and years of experience in the wedding and event industry, Josie took her love for people, eye for details, and “everything is figure-outable” mentality and turned it into Adorned & Co.
Outside of work, Josie can usually be found working out at 5 a.m., arranging flowers just because, or yapping with a friend—or a stranger who probably won’t be a stranger for long. Her go-to coffee order is a lavender latte, and she loves finding little ways to make ordinary days feel a little more special.

Meet Jenna!
Jenna is Josie’s sister (yes, that sister from the Adorned & Co. story) and lives in Dayton with her husband and sweet little girl. She’s a seminary student who loves a good workout, baking sourdough, and takes her coffee black.
She’s intentional, asks the best questions, and notices what people need before they have to ask. On a wedding day, she brings that same thoughtfulness, an eye for making things beautiful, and a willingness to jump in wherever she’s needed.
And the team behind the scenes. Our incredible assistant coordinators are the extra hands that help us bring your day together—from setup and space flips to keeping all the little details moving. Depending on your wedding and package, you may see a few of their smiling faces alongside your lead coordinator.
