A wedding planner typically helps plan your wedding from the beginning—choosing vendors, developing the design, managing budgets, and making decisions throughout the planning process.

A wedding day coordinator takes everything you’ve already planned and brings it to life.

But you’re not on your own until wedding day! Every Adorned package includes two planning meetings—one to dive into your plans, logistics, vendors, and vision for the day, and a final meeting to tie up any loose ends.

From the moment you book, you’ll also have unlimited planning consultation via email. Ask for our take, talk through logistics, get vendor recommendations, or send us the “Okay, how does this actually work?” questions as you plan.

If you’re excited to plan your own wedding but don’t want to run your own wedding, that’s where we come in.

Maybe! “Coordinator” is a title that gets thrown around a lot in the wedding industry, and it can mean very different things from venue to venue.

Some venue coordinators are incredible and truly function as a wedding day coordinator. Others are focused specifically on the venue—things like when dinner goes out, venue policies, or end-of-night cleanup—and may meet you for the first time on your wedding day.

We recommend asking your venue for a clear list of exactly what their coordinator handles (and what they don’t). From there, you can decide if you need additional support.

Already have some coordination through your venue but still need help with things like decoration or other parts of the day? Reach out! We’re happy to create a custom package that fills in the gaps.

Adorned & Co. serves weddings throughout Cincinnati, Dayton, Southwest Ohio, Northern Kentucky, and beyond!

Our team is based in both the Cincinnati and Dayton areas, and our packages include travel within 30 miles of either city. Getting married outside that radius? We’re happy to come to you! Depending on the location, additional mileage or travel fees may apply.

Absolutely. Weddings with multiple locations simply have more moving pieces, so depending on your timeline, guest count, and setup needs, we may recommend adding an additional coordinator.

Having another member of the Adorned team allows us to be in more than one place at once and keep both locations running smoothly.

Yes! Rehearsal and processional coordination are included in our wedding coordination packages.

We’ll help everyone know where to stand, when to walk, and what’s happening next so you can head into wedding day feeling ready.

Yes! Our Signature and Complete packages include setup of your client-provided décor, so your friends and family can spend the morning with you instead of decorating the venue.

Our Complete package also includes packing up your décor, cards, and gifts at the end of the night. Have a short setup window, lots of décor, or heavier setup needs? We can add extra hands to your team, too.

We don’t have a set number of hours. We coordinate around what your wedding day actually needs.

Depending on your package, we’ll arrive when venue access begins for setup or before the first vendors arrive. For our Essential and Signature packages, coordination continues through your final formality. Before we head out, we’ll make sure everything is running smoothly, desserts are stocked and we’ll always check in with you before leaving (unless you prefer an Irish goodbye—we respect it).

With our Complete package, we’re with you through the end of the night to pack everything up.

Want us to stay for your grand exit or need support beyond what your package includes? Just ask! Additional hours and custom support can always be added.

The sooner you know you want coordination, the better! Wedding dates—especially popular Saturdays—can book well in advance.
